Rules for joining
· You must be a fan of Mike Surrey.· You need a valid working email address - anything submitted without an "@" and an extension (ie, msn.com) will not be accepted.
· You don't need a website to join, but if you do you must put up a code or link back to
http://mikesurrey.tenandsixpence.com - there is no "grace period" of any kind, if your code is not up by the time I go to check I will list everything but your URL.
· DO NOT direct link the codes.
· If you're uncomfortable with providing your name, make one up. Screen names are fine as long as they're sensible.
